Power to the children!  The story of a group of orphaned children at the start of WWII triggered Berthold Brecht’s famous ballad and then became the source of Britten’s pacifist manifesto.  Inspired by the fairy tales of Charles Perrault, Ravel enters the mind of a child in one of his most magical scores.
